☐3. Reserve Hotel Rooms

Visit the Hotel page to book at the ASGA discounted rate. The Spark by Hilton Des Plaines Chicago O’Hare (2175 E Touhy Ave, Des Plaines, IL 60018) is the official conference hotel. Book early as the block sells out!

☐4. Get Airline Tickets

Either of Chicago’s airports, O’Hare or Midway, is convenient to North Park University (Campus Map), and to the hotel. Chicago’s O’Hare airport may be less expensive, and may provide more flight choices.

☐5. Arrange Ground Transportation

Remember that you will need transportation to and from the conference location.You may wish to consider using a noreferrer”>taxi and/or GO Airport Express (about $25 per person one way; $46 round-trip. Group fare: $14 per person one way; $27 round-trip) to take you from the airport to your hotel. You will need transportation to city Chicagoland attractions and restaurants, however.

Another cheaper option is to ride Chicago’s famed “L” (elevated subway train).

Uber or Lyft may be less expensive options.

Please note: Parking is a challenge and is quite expensive in a major city such as Chicago. Please be prepared for parking fees at the conference hotel, and at sightseeing locations throughout Chicago. Parking is free on the North Park University campus.
